analysis at no charge to you. The business analysis will
determine what your fair market value should be (asking
price), what your true owner benefit is, including all discretionary
income. At that point, it is your decision whether you would
like us to complete an in-depth profile on your business
and for Matchmaker Business Inc. to market your company
to our vast buyer network.
- BUSINESS EVALUATION:
>You pay your accountant good money to make your business
look as bad as possible. How can you expect to get a fair
market value based on tax returns that are misleading?
>Would you sell your home without an appraisal? So why
try and sell your business without a professional evaluation?
- CONTRACT LENGTH:
With brokers you are locked into a 6 or 12 month
contract, with Matchmaker Business, Inc. we will continue
sending you buyers and investors until your business sells.
Regardless of whether it will be for 1 month or 2 years.

COSTS:
We charge a flat fee only if we produce a buyer. Our fee
is about a third to a half of what most brokers charge.
If we don't produce a buyer we don't get paid!

NON-EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENTS:
Brokers will have you sign an EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT.
This means, that even if you sell your business to your
own brother, you would still have to pay their 10% to
14% fee. With Matchmaker Business, Inc. no fee will be
charged unless one of OUR buyer's purchases your business.
